Reliable Construction Work remodeled our entire bathroom, replacing tub with shower, did extensive tiling and flooring, hung new door and installed new toilet and vanity. Employees were courteous, hard-working, and did a high quality job in the allotted time–there was none of the starting a job and then showing up only a few hours a day while working on another job. We were so pleased with the results we are having them do another bathroom. NOTE: Reliable Construction Work is not one of those boutique remodeling contractors that charges an arm and a leg in return for doing nothing other than to look at some brochures. If you do not mind playing an active role in selecting materials, ordering supplies, and maybe running up to the local hardware store to get something, this is the company for you.

David and team remodeled our upstairs hallway bath and primary bath. Both were complete demolitions down to bare walls and floors. Several things that stood out to us…

First: Cleanliness. Each day they began by completely covering our steps, hallway and bedrooms with tarps and ended each day by removing all debris and vacuuming.

Second: We threw several mid-stream work changes at them. They accommodated all of our changes and were very fair about the additional fees these changes created.

Third: Work was completed within the originally estimated time and cost that we had agreed upon.

Fourth: Craftsmanship is excellent from framing to finishing. Seeing the base work for the tile and plumbing gives us confidence that this work will last beyond normal standards. David and his team take ownership of their work and really do care about quality.
